What Could My Project Cost?

Home remodeling projects can be a large undertaking. That’s why we would never recommend “quick-fixes”, rush through a project, or use inferior building materials. Adding value to a home is accomplished through careful planning and using the proper materials and processes.

Pricing can vary greatly on a project-by-project basis, largely depending on your budget and the finish materials chosen. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss what ideas will work and what won’t and make recommendations on design and materials.

The figures below represent a range of what your project may cost. Remember, these are merely estimates based on past work we’ve completed. Every project is unique, and so are the relative costs.

Labor & materials are included in the estimates above. Adding egress windows and other specialty items not included in above estimate prices but are available.

Build-Out: Assumes layout of one office/work out room and a separate rec room. Material and labor including: framing, insulation, switches, outlets, can lights, HVAC ventilation, drywall, taping, doors, trim, painting, and carpet. The more walls and upgraded trim details the higher the price per sq. ft. goes up.

¾ Bath: Assumes a 45 square foot bathroom including a vanity, toilet, shower stall with full frame glass door, and flooring. Whether the drains are pre-roughed & the level of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and tile will affect the final price.

Dry Bar/Wet Bar: Bar areas are very hard to estimate until a final design is established. A Base-Level Beverage Center consists of 7’-8’ of cabinetry and countertops. A Standard-Level Wet Bar includes the same as the Base-level except it adds a sink/faucet, and an island or peninsula section for bar stools. A Premium-Level wet bar is a more customized space for gatherings including multiple appliances and high end finishes.

Additions or Whole House Remodels

Taking on a large remodel project can be a very big decision to make, but it can be the best way to get exactly the home you want. Due to the many factors involved in a project of this size, it is difficult to estimate the cost of your room addition or whole house remodel. Various factors such as square footage, building materials, and personal preferences may also require help from an architect or engineer. We always recommend entering into a Design Agreement with us prior to a Construction Contract. This allows us to design intelligently and accurately estimate the project.
