We’re proud to be part of the NARI Milwaukee Tour of Homes, showcasing one of our recent whole-home remodeling projects in Hartland, Wisconsin.
This annual event invites homeowners to explore beautifully remodeled spaces across the Milwaukee area, offering inspiration and insight into what’s possible in their own homes. Join us Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 from 10 AM to 4 PM to experience this project in person.

About the Project
This Hartland whole-home remodel was completed in three carefully planned phases, transforming both the function and style of every level.
On the main floor, a reimagined kitchen blends modern design with timeless elements that set the tone for the entire home. A sweeping maple island, finished in a rich black walnut stain, serves as the centerpiece of the space. It’s complemented by a subtle herringbone backsplash and warm metallic accents that add depth and character.
The adjacent family room was refreshed with a white stacked stone tile fireplace and custom mantle, creating a comfortable and inviting place to gather. This level also features a fully updated bathroom with matte black finishes and a thoughtfully redesigned laundry and mudroom that brings both style and function to everyday routines.
Upstairs, the primary bathroom was completely modernized with a large, monochromatic walk-in tile shower, offering a clean and calming retreat. The main bathroom adds personality with a bold deep blue color palette, creating a striking contrast while maintaining cohesion with the rest of the home.
In the lower level, an additional bathroom was transformed to enhance both aesthetics and convenience. Updating carpeting throughout the home adds softness and warmth to living areas, while durable luxury vinyl plank flooring refreshes the rec space, complete with a new wet bar designed for entertaining.
