This remodel focuses on improving openness, increasing storage, and creating a brighter, more modern kitchen environment.  The project begins by removing a portion of the existing upper cabinets in the kitchen, creating a more spacious, airy feel. The walls will be updated with lighter colors that reflect natural light more effectively.  The cabinets will be replaced with new maple cabinets that will include larger utility and pantry cabinets, maximizing storage capacity and make better use of the available space. New luxury vinyl plank flooring in an oak finish will be installed throughout the kitchen adding warmth and durability.
