This project involves expanding and changing the grade of the existing garage which will provide additional space and improved usability.  The new garage will serve as the foundation for a second story addition. The addition includes a guest bedroom, spacious master suite and dedicated master bath which will significantly increase the home’s livable square footage.  The home’s exterior will be updated with installation of new siding and stone facing that will add texture and contrast.
